Winters, Dorsey & Company, LLC (WDC) has grown into one of the major mining and metallurgical engineering companies in the world.  WDC has completed projects throughout North and South America, Asia, Africa and Europe (including Russia).

WDC was established in 2001.  Dr. Harry Winters, Jr., president, has over 35 years of experience serving the natural resource industry in positions of  President and Owner of The Winters Company  and Pincock Allen & Holt.

John Dorsey, vice president, has nearly 30 years of experience as Director of Corporate Planning, General Manager, and Chief Mining Engineer for Magma Copper Company and Vice President of The Winters Company.

Our engineers and geologists have worked for major mining companies, giving WDC unique insight to client needs.
